A little bit about my salon space
When you're in my chair, I'm happy to refer to you by your chose name & pronouns.
I do not tolerate homophobia, transphobia, racism, or bigotry. Every person deserves basic respect while in my chair. If you cannot respect that, please don't sit in my space. I won't have patience for that shit.
Can I bring my child/spouse to my appointment?
Unless they have an appointment, no. I have moved into a small salon space, and there isn't extra seating. While I have no problems with the little humans ( I have 2 myself) the best salon experience is alone. I want your salon experience to be relaxing and that’s difficult to do with extra people
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. All consults are $30, and new clients require a deposit, with card on file for services.
What form of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle.
I also accept cash.
I do not accept checks & all services must be paid at the time of service
I do not give monetary refunds, only adjustments at my discretion, within 7 days of the appointment.
What happens if I miss my appointment, or I am late to my appointment?
No-call/No-show No more appointments.
No-call/No-show appointments will be charged half their appointment total & will not be allowed to rebook.
Deposits are not refundable.
If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you can be charged 50% of your appointment.
If you are running late, please call or text. Additionally, if you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment can be canceled.
How long should I plan for my color appointment?
All timing is listed with services. If you are receiving multiple services please contact me for a more personalized timeframe.
Some larger hair transformations & services may be broken into 2 separate appointments.
What if my color isn't what I expected?
During the initial consultation, we will go over your hair goals. My goal is to always keep the health and integrity of your hair. Some colors cannot be achieved because of the integrity of the hair might be ruined. I try to make this as clear as possible what is and isn't achievable within our timeframe, your hairs integrity, and my skillset. I'm very honest about what I can and cant achieve.
If you're unhappy with your color, I offer adjustments within 7 days. I will do my best to have you come back within a timely manner to give mild adjustments (toner, length etc.) within reason, and at my discretion.
I do not offer monetary compensation as a refund.
Wedding Day Policies
I only allot time for the specific amount of styles for the wedding day Any additional hairstyles may be added at my discretion, if there's enough time.
I require brides to pre-pay for their style via invoice a month before the wedding date to reduce day of stress. I also offer Afterpay as an option for brides and their bridal party. Afterpay is available 8 weeks before the wedding and cannot be added day of the wedding.
Bridal hair is given a 15 min flexibility to begin; after 15 minutes not all styles may be accomplished for the wedding party.
